Memphis real estate investment firm tackles new question

What can we do to help you?

I read the question this past weekend in an article in the local addition of the Commercial Appeal and it made me smile!  It’s a question that Memphis Invest started asking our real estate investing clients about a year ago when we decided to change the focus of our business.

With so many businesses today, regardless of sector or business class, focused on productivity, slashing costs, reducing over-head and increasing the bottom line, Memphis invest ran in the opposite direction.  And even though the article is not written about Memphis Invest, it still highlights what we have known for several years now:  the client ALWAYS comes first!

By developing a new business model complete with a new way of approaching every prospect, we feel we’ve actually elevated Memphis invest beyond comparison to other similar companies in Memphis.  In fact, we may have even helped to start a whole new class of companies which includes an elite group of Memphis real estate investment companies that no longer consider themselves property wholesalers.  There are 2-3 companies in town that, by sheer volume and force of will, have pushed each other to really excel.

At Memphis invest, we know we have absolutely excelled this past year as we have kept a close eye on the best business practices used by other companies around the country and tried to incorporate those practices that fit into our own business.  This has led to several changes including a stand alone customer service department, monthly newsletter, follow up surveys and a new sales process focused on matching investors goals and not simply selling a property.

These changes, along with all of the positive accolades and press that Memphis real estate investment companies are currently receiving, has led a huge surge in investors looking to Memphis for their real estate investing needs.  Speaking of the story….

I’m glad we’re not the only ones who get it!  Customer service is THE key.

Memphis Invest teams up with Make-A-Wish Foundation

Memphis Invest, GP, a local Memphis real estate investing firm, has always been proud to serve the greater Memphis community with causes that directly effect the affordable housing situation in Memphis and the restoration of neighborhoods that have been decimated by the falling economy.  In the past we have supported Habitat for Humanity as well as local food pantries, meal kitchens and over-night support centers.  After having had such a blessed year, we decided to add one more charitable organization to our donation list.

This past week, we had a chance to give back in another way to a teenage girl and her family who were in need of a Christmas season pick me up!  By working through the Memphis chapter of Make-A-Wish Foundation, Memphis Invest granted a wish of a 17-year old girl to take here family to Walt Disney World in Orlando, FL.They will enjoy a week in Orlando and an opportunity to put the hospitals, school and the brave fight behind them for a few days while they enjoy time with her favorite character Mickey Mouse.

The staff at Memphis Invest want to thank Make-A-Wish Foundation for their wonderful guidance and support as we prepared for unveiling of her wish and for making it a special afternoon for our company as well as the young recipient and her family.  Assisting other has been a focus of Memphis Invest for several years and we are grateful to have found another way to give back to those in need.

We look forward to granting another wish next year!
